I've got to be the negative cubs fan here, the only thing better then a 3-1 start would be if wood and prior had two of those wins and they were healthy. I fully expect a -rep for this, but my god those two need to get and stay healthy. But then again they have a great farm program so lets hope the new guys continue to kick ass.

Thats not being negative. I love it that we are off to a good start but when your number 2 is Glendon freakin Rusch that won't end well if it doesnt change. We need Kerry and Mark healthy the rest of the year to beat the tards and stros.

Man, I'm on the University of Illinois campus, which is only an hour or two out of St. Louis. The past three days have basically just been one long hearty gutlaugh in all of my cardinal-fan friends' faces.

Still though, I hate the Sox more than the Cardinals. My roommate's an obnoxious Sox fan who constantly talks shit about the Cubs.

A dialogue from the other day:

Me: Cubs won the series against the cardinals today.
Roommate: OZZIEBALL BABY!
Me: Didn't the Sox just lose a series to the Royals?
Roommate: *silence*

It's gonna be a great season.
