For as badly as you played the first hand, he actually played it worse!!!

I can not beieve that was a $55+5 tourney. I would have though it was a $5 tourney, max.

eejit101 05-10-06 02:34 PM

i figured that raise in hand 1 was ok. Yep a $60 SnG. yep i came 4th.

In hand 1 the standard raise was about 1k or all in at that time. I figured if i bet half the big stacks, they would be thinking i should fold, then the small stack would think my raise was too big to have a seriously playable hand, and be tempted to call with KQ/AT kind of area?

Bad thinking?

Also i got what i wanted, but the site hates me today:mad:

Zybomb 05-10-06 02:35 PM

why would you put over 1/2 your stack in with a PFR of 10x BB? (and with AQ)

why would he call his entire stack with AJ0 (I assume because he put your rdiiculous overbet as a low - mid PP and wanted to race  )

eejit101 05-10-06 02:41 PM

that was the idea!!! we figured me for on overbet with 44-88 and fancied a race:confused: i liked the move, you guys im guessing dont:)

Talking Poker 05-10-06 08:12 PM

It was a terrible play. Putting in half your stack (10x BB) with AQo UTG.... Wow. Maybe I've given you too much credit as a player in the past. ;)

eejit101 05-10-06 08:15 PM

lol, i reckoned i was making some kid of smart ass move that in actual fact made me look like a twat.
