PokerStars bonus problem
 

Anyone who has a stacked bonus on Stars, can you check to see if it's still there. Apparently they have all been removed.

If they are gone, starting whipping out some emails to support boys.

That'll teach you to wait 9 months to clear your bonii...

Their T&C states it never expires :mad: . I was 5 points from clearing $120 :mad: !

wow, when you end a session - you end a session. If i find myself 5 points away from clearing a bonus (or 20 for that matter) on Stars, i am clearing that bonus that night. I guess that is not necessarily a good thing - in theory if i am done, i should be done.

As you have noted, the option to check the status of your pending
deposit
bonus is currently unavailable. We are aware of the issue, and our
software team anticipates having it resolved hopefully before tomorrow.

Please understand that your actual deposit bonus has been unaffected.
Any
FPPs you have accumulated, and will accumulate, continue to go towards
your
pending bonus.

Your bonus will be released as normal should you accumulate the
necessary
FPPs during this period - you just will not have the option to check
the
status temporarily.
