Email forwarded to the "fraud department"......

I had 2 hands go to their "fraud dept" one of them cost me about $25 after I was disconnected from the table (not the whole service though). I sent them the hand number, date/time, and table name a week ago - no word. I'm not holding my breath...

It was only $2 for me and $2 for the other guy who called, but it sucks to see that type of glitch in poker rooms.
