I expected SD to be favorites here...getting money I'll gladly take them. I think the pitching matchup is edge SD, and they have a better overall record and away record vs phily's home record.

Cincinatti -130 over Milwaukee

Arroyo has been solid all year. Again, pitching matchup and team advantage Cincy.

LA Dodgers -140 over Arizona

A solid vet in Aaron Sele, having a solid year vs a rookie, who although looked great in his first few starts, has had flashes of pressure, getting decimated in 2 of his last 3 starts. The D-Backs aren't nearly as good as their Oakland sweep suggests, and I think they continue to comeback to reality with another L tonight, just like yesterday

after this 1-2 day Im 6-4 in my last 10 posted MLB plays

i made my first internet sports bet today, and im not sure if i like it - i like being more in control of my money.

i took the cards with a line of -1.5.
they won. 6-3 maybe ill quit betting sports forever now, saying im up.

Im with you JD, these guys talk about it so much and seem to be pretty proficient at it and got the itch to do it with them, but I just am not comfortable enough with it. I also think it spoils watching sports to some degree, unless it is something you absolutely dont care about but plan on watching anyway i.e. 1st round march maaaaaadness.
