PokerChamps first poker room to ban US players

Well, the snowball is picking up speed. Not that PokerChamps is a big loss, but I don't like the trend here at all.

Not to be a nit, but to the best of my knowledge Ladbrokes has never allowed US players, so this isn't the *first* site to ban US accounts.

The big sites won't be cowed by this. The WTO has already challenged the US' actions against online gaming, and I'm sure the big sites have a legal war chest to challenge this.

Your not being a "nit", PokerChamps has never really allowed US players, but account holders got an e-mail telling you they are going to enforce the rule effective today and you need to get your money out or forfeit it.
