reraising preflop then checking behind on the flop?

Auto-cbetting this flop versus this player is dumb. He is the sort that is really tight to reraises, thus his range preflop consists 90% of pocket pairs preflop. Then, to cbet this board knowing he has a pocket pair the vast majority of the time is retarded since he is very rarely going to fold. I then have the options to...

If he would continue with those hands preflop, he most likely would have 4bet them preflop since that is all the rage these days from the unimaginative TAGs that roam middle stakes NL.

OK, going with that logic, wouldn't he also have 4 bet JJ+ (probably even TT) then? It sounds to me like the range you are putting him on here is TT and lower pairs, and maybe AJ or KQs or something like that? Or would he have thrown those away too?

He was like 18/15. I doubt he is ever calling or continuing with AJ or KQ unless I am a lagdonk spewtard, and I don't really think he 4bets with anything less than QQ as far as a pocket pair.
