I am hoping to get money onto full tilt soon. I am cashing out everything (via check) from Stars and Bodog. Fulltilt, and $600 bonus is next. Hopefully this is all good.

$3.00 per month...kinda sucks, but doable.
Re-load from another c.c.....dont think this will be used that much? Not sure
Re-load from ACH....does this mean funding from bank acct.? Not bad at all
ATM fee $2.50... pretty standard

I am not sure if I know what all the codes mean. But it doesnt seem that bad. 3.7% is the only thing that seems steep to me.

the monthly fee is only charged if you maintain a balance. But if you use it like a neteller stand in, then you only pay the $1 fee with each transaction. I think.

I just opened a mywebatm account. I will post updates here in case anyone is interested. It will take a couple of days for the microdeposit to hit my bank account to get mywebatm account verified and then it should be working.
