It is essentially $4 rake on any pot over $10. $3 to the house, $1 to the dealer. They just can't call it a rake so they made up a cover story. For the minimum $10 pot this is robbery. In a bigger pot it would be more reasonable.
The process apparently is they put a button in with your pot and you send it back with the "rake" and the tip on it.
They did have NL games going (I think $5/$10 was the one I watched for a few minutes). But there were other tables I didn't look into.There was one guy with a $1700 stack at the $5/$10 NL (bit of a bully) which was a good show.
Staff there are very nice though, should be a good time if you go.
