I think it depends on the limits your are playing. The higher the limit, the lower the sustainable BB/100.

I'd love to know what the established "norms" are for this though ("norms" for winning players, not averages) - for full ring, 6 max, HU, and for various limits. Surely some of the 2+2 peeps have done some crazy analysis and come up with results, no?

Someone in the know, share what ya got.
