Haven't run across anything like this, but it shouldn't be THAT hard to code... You could mabye even work it out in Excel.
What are all the parameters you would want to be able to specify?
-Identify 1, 2, or all 3 suits
-Identify 1, 2, or all 3 cards
-General things like: Any pair, and 2+ suited cards, any connectors
It would get a lot harder if you wanted to be able to say "3 cards with 2 gaps or less and no Ace."
Yeah, I could do a simple version, but a good one is beyond me. And to answer your question, no, I haven't seen such a thing. But coding one would be an EXCELLENT lesson in poker math for someone.
