Sunglasses may be a bit silly yes
Even though they can help, not because youre not giving away tells, but because you can look at someone without them knowing it.
I personally like headphones though, not to distract anyone, just kind of something to keep me focused as well as keeping me off tilt (metal calms me down ya know
). It is pretty silly though to go for the biggest earmuffs you can find at radioshack...
