Talking Poker is easy!! (pokertracker content)

Well, I got back in the country from a month in Ecuador at the very beginning of July. I played some 1/2 limit and basically broke even after 3 weeks, with the help of some bonuses. Well, I was getting tired of what was either a fairly bad run of cards or bad limit play, so I decided to mix it up and start playing some $50 NL on Stars and Party.

So, I've played 6,006 hands at this limit and am up $592.78 (actually I think I've leaving out about $40 that I won on another computer and don't have in pokertracker). That's 9.87 BB/100 hands. I love poker! I've had 359 pocket pairs, and am now officially in the black with every one. To me that really says something about NL cash games. Even crazier? You know how people bitch about big hands getting cracked, etc? My top 4 moneymaking hands are AA, KK, QQ, JJ.

So anyway, this wasn't just a bragging post, I really wanted to have a thread about pokertracker. First, for you NL people, what's a sustainable BB/100 in NL?

And finally, I'd like some input on my stats so far from those of you who have experience with this. I know 6000 hands is a small sample, but it's what I have to go on right now.

VPIP: 13.80
PF raise: 5.83
Att to steal blinds: 20.42
VPIP from SB: 38.83
Aggression factor: Flop - 4.44
Turn - 2.75
River - 2.03
Total - 3.33
Check-raise: .35 (wow that seems super-low; I play pretty straightforward and usually bet out with my big hands, and do some smooth-calling with monsters).
Won % at showdown - 50.48

Umm, should I be looking at other stuff?

So any input would be great, I'd love to compare with some of you winning NL players.
