Not sure if I like your bet on the flop or not.... It's a bit deceptive, in that most people would check a flopped flush there, but I don't know that that outweighs the value of letting him "catch up" a little bit.
The turn flat call, I do like...... but
only if you are planning to nail him on the river. I understand you didn't have your muck ooptions set properly, but regardless, you have to bet here, even if you are risking the table not seeing your cards. Your MTT Image isn't worth as much as those extra chips are to you. Plus, I'm not sure playing a hand like this is quite the image you want to be sending anyway........
