I can't think of a good reason for JD though. You "should" record every session you play - the date and time, what site, what game, what limit, how many hands you played, and your net win/loss (MINIMUM). I also like to record my stats for each session (depending on the site), etc, but like pshabi said, PT will do all of this for you....

You DEFINITELY need to know your totals for each game/limit though - how else are you going to know where your money is coming from, where you might have leaks, and so on?
