I had to open a new party poker account. I've been playing on it for a couple weeks now.

On Friday, I got an e-mail from Party stating that $5 had been credited to my account. Whooopeeeee!!! I just deposited $1500 and play 5/10, losing or winning up to $800 in a night and you give me a free $5? Okay.

I logged in and got a pop-up confirming the "bonus," if you can call it that.

So, I was surprised when I opened up my email yesterday and saw the same exact message. Hmm, they must've sent a duplicate e-mail. But, then I log in, and there's another free $5. So, I'm thinking, this wouldn't be a bad daily bonus! $5 x 365 days a year = ummm, help me out Favre.

But anyway,

I just log in today to check it out, and sure enough, another $5. 3 days in a row. I just don't get it.

The weirdest thing is, I get the same pop-up every day and the "new" congratulations message is just tacked onto the old one.

I checked out the "transaction history" and sure enough. Each day has a transaction for a "cashout restricted deposit bonus" (must play 30 raked hands in 5 days). There's also a code: "janpromo5" that is listed.

Whatever.
