zeejustin** shut up I know I can't type.

I was reading ZeeJustin's site after watching that video of him winning the 500k tourney. And I came across this in his about me section...

I don't quite understand this so I was hoping someone could explain it to me. Is he saying that you should always play like you are in late position in a regular game, even if you are UTG or in early position in the 6 max game? I am sure that there is something in this simple advice that could help my limit ring game skills not suck so much dick, but I don't want to go re-read Hold'em for Advanced Players until I am sure about what I am looking for.
