TP's on the right track w/ this answer. If you have a laid back table, then hold off. BUT... if it's a normal rebuy table where at least 7 others are rebuying, then you have to rebuy.

You can't wait it out... Hopefully you're seeing lots of flops, and although most miss, you are bound to hit some. If you're playing hands like I look for: 67s, 55, Axs, etc, when you do hit a flop, you're most likely hitting it hard! If you don't auto-rebuy, then you run the risk of not having 3000 in front of you when you have the chance of doubling up.

If you hold off, the best you're gonna do is turn T1500 to T3000. If you auto-rebuy and get blessed with a monster in the first few orbits (or even levels) you can turn T3000 into T6000.

At least, that's the way I look at it.
