I knew your post sounded messed up, so I did some research.
So party released their beta client to members for testing around the start of the new year. How could they test for over a month and still release a client that didn't even have functioning buttons? That's what I was asking myself.
It turns out, the fucking software they released yesterday isn't even the beta software the released for testing! That's right. Beta-testers have confirmed that the software we are using does not even resemble the beta software they tested!!!!!!!!!! So they ran tests on one software package, and then released a totally different one.
My god! Who gets fired?
