According to an email that was posted on RGP, for this tourney they're bumping everyone up one spot. So whoever it was that finished in 2nd, now finishes 1st and gets the extra $10K associated. I don't know if this has been confirmed as being legitimate yet or not though.
This does cause concern for me however. Nikki & I OFTEN play MTTs together. We've NEVER ended up on a table together (except in that one TP event) and we're so competitive with each other we wouldn't tell each other shit. In fact, we'd probably go out of our way to bust the other person out
. But we could easily be seen as colluding on these games. For this reason, even though I'm pretty sure you guys all trust us, she's not going to crash the last league event since I'm playing for position. Well, hopefully if any questions ever do arise about our play, we'll be able to answer those questions to the satisfaction of the company involved.
