I thought I had it set for 1000, but maybe not. Sure enough, if you have less than 1000 posts, this is set to "No":

The only thing I can think is that jimmy did it before I fine tuned that rule. Thanks for pointing it out though, bunny. It's definitely not fair to everyone else that jimmy would get special treatment, so I'll delete it immediately.
