Default What to do...
I'm on a run of bad beats, poor luck (QQ runs into KK, flush losing to a higher flush, etc...) and finishing on the bubble in SnGs. In spite of this crap run I don't think I've been playing poorly and I don't think it's affecting my game. However, I can feel frustration creeping in so I think it's time for a break.

So, in that light what do you all here do when you take a break? How long? Do you completely try to get away from the game or do you pick up a couple poker related books and do some reading?
