You can write any legal disclaimer you want. That doesn't mean shit though. If you want business, you'll need trust, and writing a fancy promise on a web site isn't going to do it - not even if a "lawyer" writes it for you (ooohhh, fancy!). You'll need to build a reputation. Word of mouth will be your BEST marketing available. It always is.
As for your ideas, I could punch holes in most of them, but I won't. Well, one............... Advertising here. Yes, I'm sure you would be able to sell LOADS of $W and $T here (hell, I'll buy them), but that's not the problem. The problem is going to be you BUYING them. Can you name ONE person here who will sell them to you? I kinda doubt it. But even if you could name 10 (no way in hell), that's NOTHING.
Keep at it, work on that business plan... but I suspect you'll eventually come to the conclusions I came to a couple of years ago after I did my due dilligence.
Now go prove me wrong and make tons of money.
