Based on the above post (and others from HES) ^^^^^^^^^^ - I see very little, if any, remorse.

I have a queston:

If not a moral obligation, is it not a civic obligation to protect the greater good to report a known crime to the authorities even if the victim didn't/does not want to?

Naturally - this is dependent on the crime, however, this particular one may very well have (and quite easily) turned out financially devastating to AEQ. Just google online identity theft and read some of the first hand accounts that may have started the same way this one did. People take years to recover from said instances, would it not be prudent to report this before it evolves into something more detrimental to the victim or leads to other victims? HES hase proven a will, desire and ability to commit this crime.

Lay down with dogs, wake up with fleas....
