I was going to ask if you had talkingpoker.net registered but then decided to just not be lazy and check it out myself. Nope. AND it's currently being cyber-squatted. Bastards. Whenever I register a domain I plan on keeping for a long time, I grab the .net and .com TLDs just to avoid that hassle.
You should see about going after the squatters of the .net and see if you can grab it back.
