The transfer from your bank account into Neteller should still be allowed.* Neteller is like Paypal, and it's used for other things outside of poker money transfers.

Yea yea, it's one thing to stop credit card money deposits, but I really don't see stopping a three-way transaction. Neteller is, after all, overseas. Once that money goes from your bank to Neteller, you sent it overseas. Is the US gvmt going to stop transactions that happen after that point? I don't think they can.

Besides, there is a long road ahead of this bill before we have to start worrying about anything.**

*I say should be allowed because any bill that would prohibit the use of Neteller is a bill waiting to be defeated by the "overbroad" / "overreaching" constitutional law argument.
