Yea yea, it's one thing to stop credit card money deposits, but I really don't see stopping a three-way transaction. Neteller is, after all, overseas. Once that money goes from your bank to Neteller,
you sent it overseas. Is the US gvmt going to stop transactions that happen after that point? I don't think they can.
Besides, there is a long road ahead of this bill before we have to start worrying about anything.**
