If he's 3-betting a 4-flush board with two pair, then he's not folding to a cap.

Not capping the turn is gayer than me. Cap and just call the river if he fires again. Interestingly, in this situation, if you cap the turn, I'm sure he check/raises the river.

Well, okay, not sure, but that's what should've happened.
