Actually, I think saying you oppose "any legislation that would prohibit online poker" is a better way to handle it. That covers everything. Plus, if the "poker" part of it is made clear, maybe the Senator will understand that needs to be carved out of any anti-gambling legislation he would otherwise vote for.
