Here is an early rough image from the HH Replayer I am working on in conjunction with the work Decoder is doing on the HH Converter.

So far the idea is that an option on the converter would be to export to XML (or an XML file would be created and saved with a 'site/hand number' reference) and then you could pull that up through our Flash-based replayer (based on the TP.com server) and see the hand played out.

Some features I think would be cool to have (not that I know if I will be able to do them):
- Loading in multiple hands
- stats over a series of hands
- other playback controls comparable to other replayers on training sites
- Somehow getting the replayer embedded in the forum (this could be really cool!)

Post any other ideas you might have. That could be things you have seen that would be necessary in a replayer or a feature you have not seen but would be helpful for you.
