Without getting started on event 1 crashing or anything, heres my night from last night.

Reboot the laptop before event 1 incase im on for a while and it gets slow after 6 hours of being on. REconnect to broadband, log into FT, it wont let me in, says i need to contact support, so i do....

Hi.

I just tried to log into my account, and once again i am getting the
error message saying to contact support. You just said you had fixed
this problem but it still wont let me in.

Background - yesterday, i rebooted in time for the FTOPS event 1, so my

computer wasnt running slow, so i logged off your server, rebooted, and

came back on to play, which is when the error emssage occured. I then
asked a friend what the problem was, he said to try to log into his
account from this computer to see if it was my
account of the server as a whole. I couldnt get on either, so i sent my
emails to you guys.

Problems -

1 - I still cannot log into your site, my Player ID is eejit101

2 - I am about $300 down at the moment. I was about to start a $69+$6
satty to event #13, and FTOPS #1, neither of which i played, so who
knows if i would have cashed.

I would love to have some kind of refund/compensation for this, as
paying $300 to play events and not playing then is a waste.

At no time did a banned account try and log in from my laptop last
night, i do not have a wireless connection or a wide IP. There is 1
broadband point in my house, with 2 people living here, and the other
one, my girlfriend, was asleep.

As stated in our previous correspondence, to reduce your risk of being
associated with fraudulent accounts, please do not allow other players
to log into Full Tilt Poker from your computer(s). In addition, do not
log into your Full Tilt Poker account from the computers of other
players. Finally, player-to-player transfers and shared payment
processors with fraudulent accounts will result in account suspension.





Only thing i can come up with is someone tried to access my account from a computer while i was on it or something. Meh.

Reckon ill get the $$$$$?
