There's always the possibility that they are doing the show "real" and not just for ratings.

I thought Kimbo would be the last one to fight, and it would be against one of the inexperienced Ex NFL guys... but he's fighting third and against one of the most accomplished fighters on the show. Although he looks like a fat slob, Nelson is definitely in the top 3 as far as favorites to win the show go... so i mean maybe it is really how it panned out and they weren't instructed not to go after Kimbo till late or whatever.

and yea Rampage is one of the worst coaches ever. This is evidence by his lack of instruction during fights ("get up" "knock his ass out" etc while other coaches are giving specific insturctions and gameplans), and his poor match selecting.

and (last point) the fight last night was beyond pathetic. How someone can train for a career in the UFC get an opportunity to make it and then be beyond gassed after TWO MINUTES of the first round is beyond me. the 2nd round was the biggest joke I've ever seen literally with Shivers hunched over with his hands on his legs and McSweeny too tired to take advantage. They literally both stood back and "took a break" multiple times for extended periods and I think if McSweeny didnt eventually after 10 seconds of nothing come forward, Shivers wouldve sat there the rest of the round resting
