Yep, this is the Mansion Poker Poker Dome challenge. They're hooked up to heart monitors and play a variation of NLHE called Speed Poker where they only have 15 seconds to make their bet/raise/call/etc.
Mansion Poker has online qualifiers running fairly often for these events. It's a 43-week series. I think we're on about week 6. It's actually recorded on a Saturday and aired on Sundays on FSN. So tonight's will be a repeat of this past Sunday's episode (well, at least it should be).
