This isn't going to copy and paste well, I don't think, but take a look at the chart on the right side of the page:

The more months you are in the program, the more medals you will earn for reaching each Iron Man status. You must be in your first month, because Silver is worth 40 medals in month 1. After you've reached some sort of status for 13+ months, Silver will be worth 100 medals, for example. The "Bonus Medals" are what you opted into, rather than qualifying for the Silver (or whatever you end up being) Freeroll tourney. Those get their own chart:

So right now, you've got 40+40.
Lastly, your Iron Man Plus medals are what you earn on the day you reach > 500 points. That's a third chart:

Basically, in order to stay in the program, you need to play at least 15 days a month at 100 points per day. Minimum. Then, the longer you are in the program, the more medals you will earn for the exact same play. It currently maxes out at 13 months though. At that point, if you play 25 days per month of 200 points per day (this is what I do most months), you will earn 300 Medals for Iron, 100 bonus medals, and then however many "plus" medals you earned for your high volume days.... So 400+x medals per month.
