Taking a look through the page source it appears that the page is clearly setup by a third party website design firm as the redirect section has comment in it that says "paste your own link below".
All the images are hosted at images.images4us.com so I definitely don't think they're ready to even soft launch yet by the looks of it. The download page is/will be located here:
