Default March Contest: Most Improved Poster Award...

A couple of weeks ago, I asked for nominations for (so far). 6 people were nominated and I added another to the list to make 7. Each of them was given a shot at playing me HU to win between $10 and $100.

For March (and yes, I realize it's Leap Day right now, but I'm going to start the contest 24 hours early), I'd like to do something similar... but this time, it's for the "Most Improved Poster." At the end of the month, I'm going to ask for nominations of who people feel has contributed the most to the forum in the month of March as opposed to their entire history here through February. All nominations will be considered and there may be more than one prize given out (I'm funny like that), but the winner will get a shot at playing me for $100.

This is a great opportunity for the lurkers and quiet types out there. New Members DO qualify for this, so if you are reading this and aren't even a member of this site yet, register and get to work!

For the nomination process, the criteria is up to each individual nominator. All nominations will be considered (I almost always go with the majority vote here), but in the end, I have final say over who is the winner.

My personal criteria is simple:
-Value added to the TP community (as opposed to the value you usually add - The guys who won last month will REALLY have to go above and beyond to get my vote)

That's it. This is generally tied to the number of quality posts one makes, but it's more than that. A quality post doesn't have to be giving poker advice! It can be asking good questions, contributing to other threads, organizing community events, and even for starting good non-poker related threads!

Let's make March an awesome month at TP.com and get some fresh blood posting regularly.
