It's a step in the right. Really all this is, is the current DOJ recognizing the validity of prior court decisions. What this probably does is clear the way for any pending legislation - opposition can no longer try the tactic of citing The Wire Act. Somehow, though, the UIGEA needs to be amended or repealed.

I'd be interested in Reel Deal's opinion on this as well.
