If the winner is not eligiable because the forum didnt contribute it goes to the next qualiying winner in line. The math will be done to determine who has the most points and the winner of that will get the entire Bonus,
I will let the people at the forum know that they can join here and become eligable for Bonus as long as they are active. Active members are the best.
