You draw a 10 x 10 grid. You write, NE on the top (for example) and NYG down the side. Everybody puts up $x per square for the right to claim that square in the grid (100 total), when they're all claimed you randomly assign numbers 0-9 to each row and each column.

Each grid spot then represents a number for each team. Say NE 5, NYG 2.

At the end of each quarter, if your numbers match the team's score in the 1's place (Say NE 15 NYG 12) you win the portion of the prize pool for that quarter.

Depending on who runs the pool, each qurter may be worth an equal amount, or there may be increasing prize value as the game goes on.

Now the obvious question. How is it possible you've never seen this before? Its been pretty damn standard in every bar, workplace, home party, etc. for at least 20-30 years.
