I agree that in a short series, the players and how they respond is 90% and the coaching is 10%.

As for the "superstars" point, I agree you need them, and Perkins may not develop into one, but in 5 years, Rajon Rondo will be considered the best point guard in the game. He'll develop the pull up jumper, and with experience, he'll make better decisions with the ball. His speed and rebounding are already at the top of the class.

Too many softees and euro's, agreed. But that's the Western Conference.

Mentioning the Cavs may be a stretch, but the Pistons are clearly a better team than the Lakers.

Agreed on James Posey.

Maybe I'm too harsh on Jackson, but part of a coaches job is getting your players to do the things that win. They needed more Fishers and fewer Euros.
