Default +EV for Party?

Elsewhere on 2+2, Zee confirms it is true, and offers a defense, denying any colluding or chip dumping.

What I wonder about – and assume Party must have considered – is what financial impact this crackdown will have. They've seized at least $140k in the past few days from a couple of very high profile players. They'll redistribute a portion (how much?) of that, but I have to imagine that Party will end up keeping a good chunk of it. On the other hand, they'll lose any future rake generated from these players, which is likely to be considerable.

Meanwhile, anyone else who has multiple accounts will immediately pull as much cash out as fast as they can. Will increased player confidence from the rest of the poker community make up for or exceed this?

It's nice to think that Party took this action because it was the right thing to do, but I'm sure these factors were a consideration as well.
