I believe it is second saturday of January...
Averages about 30 people.... Pays out top 5. I believe it is in a smoking facility... That's the only info I have so far... Let me know if there is any interest.... I won't give away the location now, but I'll let you know the rough area... It's in the very south end of etobicoke, and not quite at Browns Line (427)
