$25 for 200 posts opening a new account?

If I had my $25 deposited to empire, would I have to deposit my own money first to create a real money account? Or could I just have the $25 from TP start my account?

Just wondering, because I don't have an account there, and I was planning on just starting one up with the $25. Thanks.
