Default TalkingPoker.com Invitational II - 2/27 3:00 ET

The first ever TalkingPoker.com Invitational was a huge success, and I know a lot of people (myself included) want another crack at Mr. ChipFish, so we're gonna do it again.

The details:
The tournament will take place on at 3:00 ET on Sunday, February 27th. All registered users of this forum are invited to play, but you must make at least 10 quality posts (TBD by me) throughout the entire month of February in order to play. And this time, there will be no New Guy exceptions (punk knocked me out!).

Once you have made the 10 quality posts, PM me for the tourney password. If you have made over 300 posts on this board, you're already qualified - you can go ahead and PM me now.

To register, log in to . Click on Tourney/Private and scroll down to Tournament #5166592 - 2/27, 15:00.

Once again there will be added prizes and bounties (last time, I gave away two copies of ), but what they are is still TBD. I'll announce them closer to tourney time.

If this is half as fun at the last one was, I know it's going to be a huge success!

I believe there should be a bounty on ChipFish' head.

Yeah it would be a cool idea to have a bounty on the champs head.

If you are offering a bounty on your own head (as ChipFish did), I'm sure I speak for the forum when I gladly accept.

Default Pokerstars inter account transfer?

Hey, I'm living in Korea now and have no way of getting money on Pokerstars(most of the methods that would work for me require an impossible phone call) Does pokerstars have interaccount transfer like party? If not, any other suggestions? Thanks.

And just how would you get money out?
If you can't get it in, you can't get it out.

I believe you can send a money order by mail.

Yes, they do. And unlike Party, there is no minimum, you don't need to know anything but the person's screen name, and it takes about 5 minutes to process, on average.

Default $50 isn't really a big deal to me.

I'm not living here indefinately, I'm planning on coming home sometime. I really just want to play in the tournament/try out the site. If I happen to make some money and want to withdrawal, I would eventually return home and set something up. Thanks, TP.

That's a VERY good bounty for anyone who doesn't own this book. But for me........ I'm sure we can work something out when I bust you out.

Hmm, don't know how many 'quality' posts I have. Don't suppose you can get extra credit for signing up at a site through you?

Well, I just started an account at InterPoker, I *think* I got the client from your link, but there was about a day's gap in starting the account, does that matter?

Whoa, and I just made a quick $45 profit, thanks to a sudden invite to open a 2-4 GBP table. Got a bit scary when I lost about half my stack to trip queens, but I managed to pull back, and then some.

Smile Pokerstars Tournament

I think that it is really cool that you have a forum like this to talk about poker all of the time. It is also nice that you reward people by allowing them fun tournaments. Thanks to your forum I will now have something to do while I'm at work... thanks a lot

Just wondering what the Fish tag under my name was all about, and how you get that changed... Don't really like being known as a fish... haha

It's a postcount thing, there are different titles based on how many posts you've made here. Just don't be a stranger.

You need to come to the site.

And the "fish" tag will change as your post count increases...
