Default Pacific Poker Question.

Does anyone still play here? If so, would you happen to know (or recall) where I might be able to find the total raked hands?

edit: Well, I decided to call in for information and they seem to be more lost than I am. When I asked to know about my 'rake' and where to locate it on their site, they explained about having, what is known as a 'point system'. When asked if 'point & rake' was one in the same... they had no clue.

They suggested I send them, yet another, email to their "commotions department." Worse customer service ever!

edit2: THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT A """""RAKE""""" IS?

Do you know anything about it?

I've spoken to 3 different agents and they don't know what 'rake' is. They keep telling me I need to still wager $457 worth before I can cash out my bonus.

Twice.

Just don't feel the need to use up extra space(post) for an extra line or two. But I'll try to remember not to edit, unless it's within a 5 minute timeframe.

When you edit a post THREE AND A HALF HOURS after you make it, no one will ever see it. No one who has already read the thread anyway. I can't speak for everyone, of course, but I know I don't reread every word of every thread (or search for "Edited post" tags) every time I open one. I scroll to where I left off and start there.

If you want to edit a typo, that's fine. You should really only use the Edit button to add new information within a few minutes, at the very most - CERTAINLY not after someone has already replied. And MOST DEFINITELY don't edit a post replying to a post below it (like you did the other day) - Yuck! Talk about a messy thread.

New posts aren't a "waste of space." They are how forums work. And trying to get around that for whatever reason doesn't keep things cleaner - it messes them up.

I agree and I thought I just requested that you (bunny) stop this yesterday. Once again, I missed 3/4 of your post because of this.

Yes, they have a point system. You need to earn x points to clear your bonus. And as I recall (from 3 years ago), there was a place to check your points. Maybe on the Cashier screen or something?

They certainly aren't going to track your rake for you. If you need an exact number for some reason, import your HHs into Poker Tracker and let it do it for you.
