From the confirmation email I received after signing up:

It couldn't be easier to earn free months of training. You will only need to earn Full Tilt points at the following thresholds:

- 2,500 FTP Points for 1 free month of StoxPoker
- 4,500 FTP Points for 1 free month of CardRunners
- 7,000 FTP Points for 1 free month at both training sites


You are eligible to earn free training in increments of 1, 2, or 3 weeks should you not qualify for the full month. For instance, a CardRunners Gold member earning 2,250 FTP points would receive two weeks of free training.

And remember that these points will not be deducted from your account, nor will this have any effect on your rakeback (if any) or MGR. This is truly free poker training at its finest.
