Mostly for TP and others thathave DLed these videos.

So I decided to check one video out and see how I liked it. I downloaded the newest 3/6 NL video from Green Plastic (I think 8/4 was the date). A lot were labeled 6 max, this one wasnt, so I expected it to be full ring, but it was 6 max (most of which was 4 players, 3 players and HU). Not really my game, but whatever....

And maybe I picked a bad video, but honestly I wasn't very impressed.

Did he win money? Sure... he lost on the first table, and then won a few hundred on the second table, simply by being aggressive and having opponents who hid in a shell the entire time. At one point he raised 5 pots in a row and took them all down. No opponents were playing back at him, and some were giving him gifts (like overbetting the shit out of the nuts, and underbetting on medium hands where a real bet he would have folded to)

What his basic strategy was:

- Raise in position with anything remotely playable

- Fold decent hands out of position to raises (KJ type hands)

- Continuation Bet every single time you raise preflop. (He literally checked one time out of maybe 40 when he raised preflop and was called). If called and no showdown potential, often fire the turn again

- Rarely if ever stab at limped pots

Heads Up

- Raise 80% of SB Hands and stab at the pot post flop

- Check in the BB (or fold to a raise) with most hands and hardly ever stab post flop.

He lost about 100-150 at the first table (its hard to figure out totally bc he reloads every time he drops more than 2 bucks below the max) and won about 450 at the 2nd table.

I would like to see him at a full ring game and see how his style adjusts.

No direct questions here, but any general comments (specifically if uve seen this video) on this or any other videos of his and what theyve taught you.

Like I said, maybe I picked a bad one, but I dunno....TP which video was the one that you were so impressed with?
