Look at the big picture. You have the ability to increase your chances of eliminating an opponent and getting into the money right away. You make that bluff, you give this opponent the opportunity to triple up and get back into the game.

The only time you should bet is when you have a huge hand and can earn more chips off the other player, which means two pair or better to me. The only time I think it's okay to drive opponents out of a pot like this is by raising preflop with like aces/kings/queens to limpers in the hand. You're more than likely to be a 3:1 favorite to most cards the limper went in with...and you want to limit the field to take the pot.

Bluffing with no made hand is one of the worse plays that occur way too often in SNG's.

Lately the thing I see all too often is someone calling my all in's with K rag. I don't know why these guys want to take a shot to knock me out with a large amount of chips for them to call off as a 60:40 dog. Since when has K rag been such a strong hand?
