Within 24 hours we will randomly assign you to a starting flight and will send you an email giving you your flight assignment. Due to the number of people we anticipate playing in this event in Aruba, all the players in the tournament will not start at the same time. Instead they will start in one of 3 flights (A flight is a day and time when the player will start the tournament).

Day 1, Flight 1 ­ Monday September 26, 2005 at noon
Day 1, Flight 2 ­ Tuesday September 27, 2005 at noon
Day 1, Flight 3 ­ Wednesday September 28, 2005 at noon

Each flight will play until 12:15 a.m. and any person still in the tournament when the flight ends will move on to day 2. (Day 2 begins on September 29th at noon and is the day when all poker players still in the tournament play together, at the same time)

Flights are randomly assigned and players cannot request specific flights or request their assigned flight be changed to a different one. Again, a separate email will be sent to you with your flight assignment within 24 hours.

Within 72 hours you will be receiving an email invitation from Conferon, our selected travel company, inviting you to register for your travel plans. You will work directly with them to schedule your airfare and reserve your hotel room.

Important Prize Information:
• Prize packages for first time winners have NO CASH VALUE and are non-transferable.
• Multiple wins are transferable up until September 1st.. If you wish to transfer a multiple win, please contact us at
• Winners must use the travel agency authorized by UltimateBet.com for their travel arrangements. Airfare purchased outside of the authorized travel agency will be reimbursed up to $600 for each ticket (up to 2), or the cost of the ticket, whichever is less. UltimateBet.com will not reimburse non-Coach airfare. UltimateBet.com will not reimburse more than $600 for only one ticket purchased. Winner will need to provide proof of purchase for airfare before reimbursement will occur.
• UltimateBet.com will NOT reimburse players for hotel arrangements made outside of the available hotels accommodations provided by us to our winners.
• Travel dates will be between September 24th and October 2nd, 2004. Winners who deviate from this travel period will have a $600 cap placed on their airfare. Costs above this amount will be charged to the winner
