I like to play marginal hands early in a tournament as long as it's cheap to see a flop. Q2 by the way is not marginal, it's shit. Assuming Q2 is one of the marginal hands I like to play, 6x BB pre flop raise is too much for me to call. Insta fold. The flop call by him is absolutely horrible as well. He is behind to any Q you might be holding. He just got lucky as hell. There are so many Gus Hansen wannabes out there that they think the way he plays will be succesful for them as well. First of all, TV poker is heavily edited. Secondly, Gus is great POST flop player. He can get off hands when need be. Not many players have the discipline or skill to play that way.
