OK ... he has a double gutshot here. A Jack or a 7 gives him the straight. But, if you're at a FINAL TABLE of 10 people, where the TOP 8 players qualify for this thing, why in the hell would you risk your entire stack on a draw like that? I mean, he pushed all in on the turn, where he still had zilch.

The idea was to check-raise him on the turn when the second 9 hit and hopefully get him to fold. I didn't raise him on the flop because of the straight already there.

Of course, he beat me to the punch, pushing all in. Now, if he flopped the straight, great. All he did preflop was call me, the big blind. I'm paying him off with trip 9s and a king kicker.

Now, this one didn't bust me out ... but wait. There's an even better one in a minute ...
